Microgreens from Belden Farm

Microgreens are an amazing food!  Not only are they packed with nutrition (up to 40 times more than the adult version of the plant) they provide an explosion of flavor to whatever dish they are a part of.   Think of them like salt or pepper they enhance the taste of whatever they are a part of, while secretly adding tons of vitamins and minerals.

One of the most common questions we get is how to use microgreens.   Microgreens shine in a salad, either as one of the main ingredients or to add interest.  They are a great addition to sandwiches, with or in place of lettuce.  Put a few on avocado toast, or add to a fish or pasta dish.
