In October 2019 we purchased a historic building in downtown Hoosick Falls at 15 Church Street.

We plan to open Hoosick Provisions in late spring 2020, focusing on local and regional food and products, as well as unique kitchen and housewares. Plans are underway for an adjacent bakery, slated to open next fall.
